Dong recently founded the firm Family Architects (previously Rad Nature), a New York based architecture office focused on determining more optimistic and productive typologies of ecological building. Current projects include a 500-unit, high-density, housing block in downtown Dallas, a new city hall for the beach town of Eilat in the south of Israel, a self-sufficient masterplan of a peninsula near Copenhagen and a revitalization of an artist community along the industry-heavy coastline of Trondheim, Norway.
